1. Core Definitions

• User Submissions:Images, text, voice, portraits, prompts, and other materials uploaded/input by you for the purpose of using the AI generation service.
• Usage Data:Behavioral data generated during your use of the Service, including access records, feature usage statistics, compute consumption records, etc.
• Cookies:Small files placed on your device used to record your browsing and service usage behavior to optimize your experience.

2. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

(1) Account Registration and Identity Information

When you register/log within the Service, we may collect the following information:

• The email address you actively provide (core account identifier);
• If you log in via third-party social media such as Google, Facebook, or Twitter, we will obtain the basic information of that social account authorized by you (such as nickname, registered email; no additional permissions).

(2) Device and Usage Data

To provide and maintain the Service, we automatically collect the following technical data:

• Device Information:Unique device identifier, device model, operating system version, network type, etc.;
• Usage Data:Service access times, page view records, AI generation feature usage records, crash logs, compute consumption data, etc.;

(3) Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use Cookies, beacons, tags, and other tracking technologies to:

• Identify your account status and avoid repeated logins;
• Analyze service usage trends and optimize feature design;
• Provide you with personalized service recommendations.

(4) Device Permissions

Depending on the service functions you use, we may request the following device permissions. You can turn them on/off at any time in your device settings. Turning off permissions only affects the corresponding function usage and does not affect other services:

• Camera/Photo Album/Gallery:Used for uploading image/video materials to the platform for AI generation. Without this permission, you cannot directly upload materials from your device;
• Microphone:If you use voice input for prompts or upload audio materials, you need to grant this permission;

3. Purposes of Use of Personal Information

The personal information we collect is used only for the following legitimate purposes and does not exceed the scope authorized by you:

• To provide and maintain the Service:Processing your AI generation requests, storing generated content, managing account permissions, settling paid services, and other core operations;
• To optimize service experience:Analyzing usage data to identify service issues, improve AI generation models, and optimize page and feature design;
• To manage user accounts:Verifying account identity, processing account cancellation/retrieval requests, ensuring account security;
• To send service-related notifications:Pushing necessary information such as service updates, paid order status, compliance announcements, etc.;
• Marketing and Recommendations:Sending you information about new features and promotional activities of the Service. You can unsubscribe at any time via email/account settings;
• To fulfill legal obligations:Cooperating with regulatory investigations, handling infringement complaints, resolving service disputes, etc.

4. Special Processing Rules for User Submissions

Regarding User Submissions, which are core to AIGC services, we follow the principles of "minimum necessity" and "processing solely for the service," and specifically agree as follows:

• The images, audio, text, and other materials you upload are only used to generate the corresponding multimedia content for you and are not used for any other purpose;
• If the materials contain faces or portraits, they are only used for creative purposes such as AI generation styling, deformation, and synthesis. We do not collect or store any facial recognition data or biometric identifiers;
• Your uploaded materials will be temporarily stored on our servers for processing. Once the content generation is complete, they will be automatically cleaned up according to system rules. If long-term storage is required, you must actively save them on the platform;
• Some generation tasks may involve sharing materials with our third-party computing/rendering service providers. Such partners are bound by contract to process materials only for completing the generation task and may not retain, abuse, or disclose them to third parties;
• If you set generated content/uploaded materials as public content on the platform, their dissemination and usage rules follow the "JoyPix.ai User Service Agreement". You need to assess the privacy risks of public content yourself.

5. Retention and Deletion of Personal Information

(1) Retention Period

We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy:

• Basic Account Information (e.g., Email):Retained from the date of account creation until 30 days after you actively cancel your account (used for processing unsettled paid orders and dispute resolution);
• Usage Data/Device Data:Retained for 6 months after the end of service usage, unless laws and regulations require an extended retention period;
• Paid Order Data:Retained for 3 years after order completion, in compliance with financial and tax regulations;
• Uploaded Materials/Generated Content Actively Saved by You:The retention period is determined by you. You can delete them on the platform at any time, and they will be completely cleaned up after account cancellation.

(2) Your Deletion Rights

• You can log in to your account at any time and delete your personal information (such as changing your email), uploaded materials, and generated content on the Account Settings/Content Management page;
• You can submit a request to us via support@joypix.ai to delete/clean up your relevant personal information. We will review and reply within 15 business days;

6. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information

We will not arbitrarily sell, rent, or transfer your personal information to any third party. We only share/disclose information in the following limited circumstances, and will take security measures:

• Entrusted Third-Party Service Providers:Such as computing power providers, payment institutions, and cloud storage providers. We only share necessary information to complete the core functions of the Service. Partners must strictly observe confidentiality obligations;
• Statutory Mandatory Requirements:We may disclose necessary personal information to relevant departments in accordance with laws, regulations, judicial rulings, or investigations/notices from regulatory authorities;
• Protection of Legitimate Rights and Interests:To protect the personal and property safety of JoyPix.ai, users, or third parties, we may disclose information within a reasonable and necessary scope (e.g., dealing with cyber-attacks, infringement complaints);
• Business Merger/Transfer:In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer involving us, your personal information will be transferred to the new operating entity along with the business. The new entity will continue to abide by this Policy and privacy protection agreements and will notify you in advance through an official website announcement.

7. Your Privacy Rights
